Morakhia Metal and Alloys (P) Ltd., follow stringent quality measures
at our unit. Though we source the raw materials from Birla Copper,
Hindustan Copper Ltd. and Starlite Industries Ltd.; yet we cross-check
them once they have been delivered. Thus we ensure that only 99.99%
pure copper with an oxygen level between 60PPM to 100PPM is used for
manufacturing. All the products are inspected by the team of experts
who are armed with holistic knowledge about our product range and
market requirement. Apart
from this, we have a mechanism of "third party inspection", whereby all
our products are rechecked by another eminent company. Each of the
products are tested on the parameters of conductivity, hardness,
tensile strength, bend, etc. and are also checked for their chemical
composition. Owing to these factors, we have been accredited with ISO
9001:2000 certificate.
